Methodology
How The Stillness Library is curated
Published by Andrew Keaveney. Last updated November 2026.
The Stillness Library lists only Andrew Keaveney's own retreats, films, guided meditations, writing and podcast appearances, and it puts retreats first. This page explains how items are chosen, ordered and dated.
How are recommendations on this site formed?
Recommendations come from Andrew Keaveney's own programs and published work, and nothing else. Retreats come first because they are the main way to learn with Andrew in person. Free resources are suggested by what a visitor is trying to do: begin, go deeper, or find calm on a busy day.

What this site does not claim
The Stillness Library is not an independent review site and has not audited any retreat. It does not publish testimonials or ratings. Research figures describe meditation retreats in general, not Andrew's programs. Retreat prices are not listed here; they appear on the Art of Living Retreat Center program pages.
